This emergency page is used to update you on vital news and to communicate contact persons, and therefore is kept basic and simple in design.

The following study programs are available for summer semester 2024 entry at HKA. When applying please take into account the respective deadlines. The application portal for entry in summer semester 2024 is open now! Please see the page "applying for summer semester" for details about the application procedure, or for registering for DHS exam. Employees and students
The E-Learning platform ILIAS is running again and available to all members of the University. The other systems are still under analysis and troubleshooting.
The usual email addresses (givenname.familyname@h-ka.de) of the HKA employees are working again.
Until further notice, employees and students will be informed of the latest developments, and can raise matters of their own, with a meeting which takes place regularly every Wednesday 11:45 at the auditorium in building A (exception: this meeting does not take place on December 13).
The regular study operations will continue. Please get informed via noticeboards, via your respective Faculty Office, or via telephone and email to the contact points.
Attention: Date for exam registration postponed! The period when you register for exams has been postponed to December 11 - 18, 2023 due to technical circumstances. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the Office responsible for your degree program and / or theExaminations Office at pa(at)extern-h-ka.de .
